Rates for Diagnostic Services from HSADL. 

Guidelines issued by HSADL for dispatch of the material and testing fee-

1.  All the agencies must follow the guidelines strictly while sending the samples. The perishable materials must be sent by special messenger maintaining the cold chain.

2. Agencies must specify the disease(s) for which samples needs to be tested rather mentioning exotic diseases.

3. Differences in sample fees (expected and paid) are also observed with some of the agencies that need to be corrected and adjusted later by remitting the balance/adjusting the excess payment if any.

4. The agencies must pay complete testing fee including MP state service tax @10.3% instead of @12.3%, in addition to total testing fees as per prescribed rate list.

5. The agencies are also requested to enclose DD/Cheques and relevant paper outside the sample box in safe mode or send it by separate post/courier.
